Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return Zip Top products, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, or if there was an error on our part. To begin the return process, please email our customer support team at support@ziptop.com to request a return authorization.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend obtaining tracking information to ensure your return is delivered successfully.

Refunds will be issued promptly after the returned items are received and inspected; however, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
